This is a video that genuinely made me laugh all the way through it.
Seahorses. Forevah.
What up. I'm Abjekt. I'm 27, I'm from South London and I love all of the following: Beats, typing "wet" and then an animal into google image search, dancing like a badman from the future, rapping at my reflection to any song that comes out of my speakers, pasta and sauce and hating the Pohleese.
Tempa T’s Next Hype is one of the best songs of 2009. A soundboard has been made. Life is very, very good. Click the photo to get to it and shout DRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPES!
Know What I Mean by Freeway & Jake One.
Taken from The Stimulus Package which is released in February 2010 on Rhymesayers. I can’t wait for this album, Freeway killed it on Jake One’s White Van Music and if this track is anything to go by, the new record will be a banger.
Digipak comes built like a wallet too!
Glad they made a video for this, loved this tune for a while.
Maluca looks FINE too. All about beer cans in the hair.
tellittomydad:drewtec: Maluca - El Tigeraso….. ay papi!!!!!!!
So, I went away last week thanks to Red Bull, to New York to cover their BC One B-Boy Champs and just got my feature published on the NME as part of the Freakscene blog [though it does have some lovely homepage feature coverage right now, boom.]
Click the picture above [which features finalists Cloud and Lilou] to read it. Feel free to comment, whore it, ignore it, whatever.
I am currently madly in love with Elmo.
This is Elmo and his friend Robert De Niro. The best imaginary cabbage Elmo has ever seen.
Incroyable!
The entire cast of The Muppet Show perform the “Bohemian Rhapsody” cover to end all “Bohemian Rhapsody” covers.

Song Cry by Jay-Z [TokiMonsta Things Change Remix]
Thanks to the wonderful Sonic Router, I got into TokiMonsta recently. Her own production is pretty vibed out, floaty shit. Super nice and definitely what I’m into right now.
But she put out a free remix mixtape last year and this is taken from it. I love beats like this, piano samples are winners more often than not. Jay’s voice fits perfectly over it too. I prefer this to the original fo sho sho.
Totally want this for Christmas.
Laura should buy this for me as she discovered it yes?
Paper Tiger of Doomtree is going to be uploading 20 minute mixes every now and then [“whenever I get a chance to make a new one”] and is kicking it off with an 80s Electro mix.
Papes is a killer producer and DJ and has nutso taste in music, so these are definitely going to be worth checking out. Right Click > Save As on the photo above to grab it. Our friendship depends on it.
