Last one of the cover spam. Rafael Albuquerque’s work on American Vampire is awesome. The book makes Vampires cool and not boring fodder like 99% of other Vampire stories out there and his art is definitely a big part in that. Boom.
Iron Fist is one of my favourite characters in comics. I love old school Kung Fu films, so he fits right in. I get the feeling a lot of writers are big on him too, he saved the day in Shadowland and apparently has a big part to play in AvX as well as being a New Avenger and Defender.
Oh and David Aja draws the crap out of him.
Remender’s Uncanny X-Force is one of, if not the best book out at the moment, the Dark Angel Saga in particular. On top of that, it has these stunning Esad Ribic covers, I absolutely love them all.

Dan Slott’s Ends of the Earth arc is amazing so far, always good to see the Sinister Six about causing problems. Doc Ock is my favourite comic villain period, so I’m happy.
As if that wasn’t enough though, look at these Gabriele Dell’Otto covers for the arc. Absolutely amazing.
